Flower Essences Used:

Pussy Willow helps us regain our balance and flexibility when there has been too much doing and not enough being. Too much pressure causes us to become rigid and resentful and eventually crack, much like a willow that is no longer tapped into a water source.  The positive side of willow is creativity, flexibility, increase in intuition, patience, kindness, grace and a proper balance of right brain/left brain functioning. Pussy Willow helps us to find new ways of operating, new ways to organize our days to have a balanced lifestyle that is conducive to love, comfort, flowing in proper timing and rest. Pussy Willow also helps us to engage with our 5 senses, helping us to take in life and all it's sensual pleasures more fully.

Lemon Balm facilitates a deep natural relaxation.  It eases the velocity of the mind and helps us to move into the alpha state more easily. Lemon Balm flower essence is a restorer after stress from modern civilization and being around too many people and stretched too thin.  It eases the velocity of the mind, helps you wind down and eases fears and anxieties. There may be anxiety over something obvious or anxiety over something lurking in the background of the mind. Either way, Lemon Balm helps to release those, usually through dreams.
 
White Chestnut helps us get off of the mental merry-go-round. With a to-do list swimming in your head at all times, and constant mind chatter adding to stress, White Chestnut calms and clears the thinking. Appropriate for those with OCD, as well as those of us with just "busy minds," White Chestnut can tame the worries, give you confidence in daily problem solving, and realize that your challenges are opportunities to grow. Dandelion releases stored tension in the musculature of the body, brought on by stress.  Dandelion increases the sensitivity in the person who approaches life with a great intensity and enthusiasm for "doing" and involvement in more activities than is naturally sustainable.  Dandelion is a teacher of balance, helping you to be sensitive to your own needs before your body starts signaling with pain and tightness in the muscles. 
 
Speedwell helps those who are moving too fast, having trouble living in the present. Instigates stillness and focus. Speedwell increases spiritual insight and awareness and helps you to go at the "right speed" It brings a sense of calm in the midst of chaos and allows you to rest. Speedwell teaches that you can cover a lot of ground by focusing on small tasks consistently without rushing. It also allows you to "see" ahead and maintain objectivity in regards to the vision without so much filtering through our emotional and cultural or religious mindsets which can color the vision and lose the true meaning in the translation.

    Since I have been using it the Lord is helping me to see situation in a positive way and it is really calming me and the sleep pattern is amazing. I sleep very very well. This is now my second bottle and will have at all time to have continuous progress Thank you Lord for raising the flower essence company. May the Lord continue to inspire you.
