This flower essence blend is intended for those who, for whatever reason, have trouble recalling dreams. Dreams can be a powerful source of insight, guidance, and personal growth. Great essence for those who have experienced repression due to fear of nightmares or fear of deception. Many times, these are unconscious feelings. If you know you had nightmares as a child and have trouble dreaming now, or if you were criticized and taught to disregard dreams, this may help you toward remembering again.

Flower Essences Used:

Coleus — Just as the coleus doesn't need sunlight to be vivid, you don't need daylight to see clearly about your destiny, your hangup, your potential for averting disaster or seizing new opportunities. Coleus increases the vivid pictures waiting in the shadows.

Xhosa — “White ways/white paths” (also known as African Dream Root) is a plant native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where it is regarded by the Xhosa people as a sacred plant. Its root is traditionally used to induce vivid (and, according to the Xhosa, prophetic) dreams. This is the flower essence form, so none of the alkaloids are present here.

Lemon Balm — Facilitates deep natural relaxation and eases the velocity of the mind. When body and conscious mind are relaxed, dreaming often becomes more accessible. Lemon Balm can help you slip into an Alpha state and move anxiety out so revelation can surface. It may also help regulate sleep rhythms.

Comfrey — Helps shift the effects of old traumas that may have caused a “shut down” in the conscious mind. It supports a sense of renewal in how memory and awareness flow, encouraging receptivity to dreams and other avenues of spiritual awakening. Since the nervous system is the bridge between mind and body, you may also notice a greater sense of overall integration when using Comfrey.

Potato — Helps you take deep spiritual experiences and bring them into reality and practice. Potato is grounding, helping you make sense of new or abstract concepts so you can integrate the information into everyday life. With Potato, the phrase “so heavenly-minded you’re no earthly good” comes to mind. The truth is, being heavenly-minded makes you a lot of earthly good—if you can bring it down to earth in a practical manner. Potato helps you hold on to those insights and act accordingly.

Milk Thistle — Traditionally, the herbal form of Milk Thistle has been valued for physical cleansing. In vibrational form as a flower essence, its action is experienced on the emotional level. Many find it to be deeply cathartic, with feelings often processing through dreams.

Wild Aztec Tobacco — Deals with fears regarding one’s relationship to God. It helps facilitate the transition from structured religion to authentic spirituality, and the fear that would hold you back from that. It does this by bringing up the event that initially triggered the fear, so that you may take it before God and deal with it consciously. This is also a good essence for gifted children so they don’t suppress their spiritual side when they receive negative feedback from others.

Wormwood — May help the transition from dream state to waking and support better dream recall. Also useful for processing unresolved issues and letting go of the past.

Dill — Deals with sensory overload. Our present culture tends to distract and overstimulate to the point where we have a kind of spiritual ADD. The trick is to remain functional in a modern world where sights, sounds, and smells are coming at you from everywhere. The usual way of coping is to dull down so we don’t become overwhelmed, but what’s needed is refinement and clarity—so the senses become a vehicle for revelation. Dill helps us put it all together to have the whole picture, rather than a scattering of little impressions.
